Home Professional Services About STCC Debt Collecting Contact Us   OUR GOAL Our goal is to resolve the debt in a fair, lawful, ethical manner, at all times respecting the dignity of the consumer. We are always mindful of the fact that we are representing our client in all our dealings.       WE MAKE IT SIMPLE Accounts for collection can be provided to us manually, or via diskette or internet. We provide various interfaces with our clients when requested, and any programming changes necessary are provided by us.       WHO DO WE SERVE? STCC provides debt collection services to hundreds of clients in NY and PA. Although our specialty is healthcare, we have many satisfied clients in other fields, such as veterinarians, utilities, oil companies, repair shops, and retailers. Our collectors are trained in and monitored for knowledge and adherence to all federal and state collection laws--the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, HIPAA, G-L-B, and others. Weekly meetings and ACAI seminars keep them updated on changes to these laws.     CLIENT REPORTING Our clients want accountability, so we provide them with various reports--either on request or on a regularly scheduled basis. A Client Analysis will track the volume placed by time period, and our results on that volume. Another report popular with our clients is the Status Report, which will list all accounts for that client with a brief description of the current status of each. Our collection software also allows us to tailor special reports to a client's needs.
